On the 1st of May, 2017, Officers of the Cobourg Police Service responded to a disturbance at a business located in the west end of Cobourg. A complainant at the store reported that a Theft had just occurred at the location and that store staff were observing a male in the parking lot, who matched a description of the suspect. As a result of the Police Investigation, the following male was arrested:
20 year old, Trevin RODDA of Peterborough, charged with Theft Under $5000.00, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Fail to Comply with Probation Order (x2).
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer in Charge Undertaking with Conditions and a court date of 14th of June, 201, at 860 William Street, Cobourg, Ontario.
