Missing 70 Year Old Man

Media Release

On Thursday the 28th of June, 2018, at approximately 4:00 PM, a 70 year old male, Reginald SMITH, left the hospital.

On leaving, Reginald SMITH took his belongings, with a possible destination of Cobourg’s downtown area.

At this time, Reginald SMITH is described as 145lbs, 6’ tall with thinning grey hair.  He was last seen wearing a plaid green shirt and khaki coloured pants.

The hospital and surrounding areas have been searched along with his residence. Neighbouring police services, local businesses and cab companies have been notified  as well.

While there is no medical concern at this time, as a result of his absence, the extended period of time that has passed causes police to escalate our public efforts to locate Reginald SMITH and ensure his well-being.

If anyone knows the location of Mr. SMITH, or has any information about his possible whereabouts, please call the Cobourg Police Service at 905-372-6821 and speak with the Supervisor on duty, or call Crime stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).
