On Sunday the 3rd of May 2015, at approximately 3:14 am, patrolling officers observed a motor vehicle westbound on King Street West. The vehicle was observed swerving within the lane it was travelling in.
Police stopped the vehicle, and as a result of investigation, a demand to provide a breath sample into a Roadside Screening Device was made to the female driver. The driver failed to provide a proper sample after repeated attempts and was arrested.
Lyndsy O’Neill, aged 29 years, of Cobourg is charged with Failing to provide a breath sample and having care or control of a motor vehicle with open liquor. As well, her driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 Days.
