On Saturday October 17, 2015 at approximately 2:30 am, uniform patrol  officers conducted a traffic stop on Division Street, south of the Via rail station due to police observing a vehicle driving erratically. As a result , a 49 year old Baltimore area man Leonardo Millan was arrested and charged for Impaired  Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle  and Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle over 80 mgs. He will appear in Ontario Court later this month. 


Anyone charged with a drinking and driving offence will have their licence suspended for 90 days and a minimum 7 day  vehicle impounded under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.
