On September 29, 2016, shortly after 8 AM, Cobourg police and emergency services responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a vehicle and pedestrian. This collision took place on Elizabeth St., just to the west of the intersection at Burnham St. in Cobourg.
At this time, a female pedestrian has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
In cooperation with the OPP’s Technical Traffic Construction Investigation team, the Cobourg Police Service continues to investigate the motor vehicle collision and is looking for any witnesses that may have observed or have information about the collision which may assist the investigators.
