Between Monday May 29, 2017 and Sunday June 4, 2017 the Cobourg Police Service responded to 195 calls for service including 4 Noise Complaints, 3 Mental Health related, 10 Alarms,1 Fraud, 10 Thefts,5 911 Calls, 2 Break and Enters,8 Assaults, 10 Motor Vehicle Collisions and 3 Liquor Licence Act.

Mischief to Police Station
On Wednesday June 21, 2017, at approximately 8:55pm, police were contacted regarding a male who had just kicked the glass out of the Cobourg Police Service front door. Following an investigation, 20 year old Adam HALLIDAY was subsequently arrested for Mischief under $5000 and Fail to Comply with Probation contrary to the Criminal Code.

From Monday the 22th day of May 2017 to Sunday the 28th day of May 2017, the Cobourg Police Service responded to 169 occurrences including:
7 Motor Vehicle Collisions, 7 Theft reports, 4 Mischief incident, 9 Alarm calls, 2 mental health call, 2 Domestic disputes.

Assault and Breach of Probation
On May 24, 2017 Police were contacted to attend an address in the east end of Town in regards to an assault that had just occurred. Police arrived and following an investigation learned the identity of a youth who had committed the assault. By committing the offence of assault the youth was in breach of several court orders. The suspect in this matter had fled the scene prior to Police arriving.
