Sgt Mike Richardson At 1:41 am, on Saturday, the 25th of March, 2017, an Officer from the Cobourg Police Service conducted a traffic stop with a suspected impaired driver, west of downtown Cobourg. As a result of the traffic stop and investigation, 27 year old, Cristy HAZAEL of Cobourg was arrested and charged.
