Terry Demill presently holds the position of Acting Deputy Chief of the Cobourg Police Service. Terry began his policing career in 1982 with the Metropolitan Toronto Police Service. He left Toronto in 1998 and spent two years with the former Quinte West Police Service before joining Cobourg in 2000.

During his 30 year career, Terry has been assigned to Uniform Patrol, Criminal Investigation Branch, Canine and Major Crime.

Since joining the Cobourg Police Service, Terry has been a platoon supervisor, officer in charge of the criminal investigations office as well as a member of the Criminal Intelligence Service of Ontario (CISO).

Presently Terry oversees Operations for the Cobourg Police Service.

Gina Wilson has been a member of the Cobourg Police Service since 1994. Gina commenced her career with Cobourg as a Special Constable. She was the first female Special Constable hired in the Town of Cobourg. and currently holds the position of Supervisor – Business Services.

Lynne Sheils is the Finance/Budget Coordinator for the Cobourg Police Service. She has been a member of our service since 2004 and was formerly a member of Thunder Bay Police Service for 12 years as a police communicator.
