If you have any information regarding criminal activity
why not make an anonymous call to Cobourg Crime Stoppers?
The Crime Stoppers "Hot Line" is available
to callers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How the Program Works Crime
Stoppers is a non-profit, non-police organization that
pays cash for anonymous crime tips. The program encourages
the public to communicate information regarding criminal
activity. Crime Stoppers will share this information
with the police to assist in their investigations.
When you call Crime Stoppers you will be assigned a
special code number, which you will use to identify
yourself for all future contact with Crime Stoppers
personnel. Your call will never be traced or recorded,
and Crime Stoppers does not use call display. You will
be known only by your code number. If your information
leads to a charge or an arrest, you may be eligible
for a cash reward
of up to $1,000.00.
The Success of Crime
Stoppers
A community-minded group of board of Directors is comprised
of people from all walks of life. The success of this
program is found in its unique partnership with the
public, news media and the police.
